TIL the University of Chicago has a Botany Pond It's a shame there isn't a Chemistry Pond, you could have a big open reactor, some stir bars within, whiteboards explaining the chemistry and some condensers recirculating solvent
a university is not for generating profit, it provides cultural enrichment via weird little gremlin people who love visigoths or haikus, and very occasionally a scientist who figures out faster than light travel
