I love this poem so much. Often I hate concrete poems because the text becomes beholden to the shape, deforming itself to fit that desired image. But from the first lines, that doesn't happen here. The poem swims on the page like it should, like it was always meant to be there.

Going back through my eclipse photos in slower time and this is the bit I was most flabbergasted by - the so called diamond ring effect. Very pretty and like nothing else I’ve seen (or probably will ever see given after 26/27 Europe won’t have a total eclipse until 2081!)

I've said it many times before but I can't recommend Attack the Block enough. One of the best horror comedies ever made and a truly unique feeling film. Great monster design, tremendous characters and flawless performances. Hunt this shit down if you haven't watched it.

I had a lot of good laughs- the comedic timing was great & there were some real fun camera angles. Been putting this off, it was a good romp with friends starring a very young Boyega.

Then execs with no understanding of the industry confused the production model and the distribution model, and they blew it all up.
It’s nice that we’re getting a borrow of the Bayeux Tapestry, but it would be amazing if they displayed it at the Cartoon Museum.
