I don’t feel qualified to weigh in on the Jacob Geller news beyond saying this: To do the work he did and move in the circles he was in without disclosure of the sexual assault he committed was a grave breach of conduct. People deserved to know and he chose to keep the secret.
Simply way too soon to write this article. For all we know right now, he could disappear forever or just keep uploading videos monthly like nothing happened. A statement from the victim could be posted tomorrow or never. There could be 0 or 20 other victims currently working up the courage to speak.
