not only is every nsfw creator/swer you follow exhausted and feeling like they’re beating their heads against the wall, but we’re all still supporting each other, taking turns sending money back and forth to each other. we will all disappear sooner rather than later if outside support isn’t there.
A lot of Trans people like Lynch bc his films are situated in a strange liminal place of reality and an abstracted alternate reality and they phase between one another. Emily Wilson is not the co-writer of Nolan's THE ODYSSEY. She didn't produce it or show up to set ready to be the high authority on all things adaptation. He read her translation, liked it, and turned to it for guidance in writing. She can say whatever she wants about the movie, calm down.
