In court documents, Ryan said he no longer has the phone he's been using, because his spouse traded it in the same day a judge barred him from deleting records. He says nothing was lost.

there was no BA counter open and it was non-BA employees who eventually organized us onto the buses. i have not heard the voice of an actual BA employee since getting off the plane

Alaska once delayed my flight to Portland for hours until cancelling and stranding us overnight with no accomodations, and the majority of passengers would've apologized to the airline for the inconvenience if asked. I demanded a hotel and everyone was giving me a look like I was the problem
