Every court victory matters, but some are sweeter than others. Congrats to the Elias Law Group team and our client Senate Majority PAC for this well earned victory for free speech and the 1st Amendment.

This is how you prove your message. Just do something. People are tired of politicians that just talk. Even if the benches get removed now, the entire nation will now have heard that the DSA actually made a place for people to sit and did it by hand Actions speak louder than words.

The DSA in Wilmingotn, N.C. has created a "crisis" by putting benches at city bus stops, after literal decades of the city promising and failing to do so.
