over on nextdoor a guy named darryl has told me i'm a bad mother because i taught my three year old to "body shame" cybertrucks

To the owners of the house at the tip top of REDACTED where it intersects REDACTED: Would you please consider parking your tacky awful Cybertruck in the garage? It's so ugly and I am tired of looking at it, not to mention how tired I am of explaining to my three year old why someone would invent a car that looks like it resents its own existence. I know your gigantic house has a garage on it somewhere. ThanksDarryl from East Richmond Heights says "Mother of the year. Teaching a three year old about body shaming even if it’s a truck."

"Did you even read the article" is always a funny scold because editors and producers know that most people only read heds or leads or watch clips, which means they know what message they want out there regarding the topic at hand. And they know the scolds will come to their defense of a dogshit hed

Saw someone insist that the downside of living in Parkmerced is that you HAVE to drive to get groceries and I'm just gonna go take a nap on Brotherhood Way

trying to explain on nextdoor why kids are riding around in packs on bicycles and they do not like me defending the kids because they have nowhere to go. they don't care about creating spaces for them. they are all just calling the cops. deranged people

Something you notice when you read a lot of stories about traffic violence is how often a witness will talk about the fact that a particular road has seen a lot of crashes or speeding. We know some streets are particularly dangerous and yet no action is taken. That's why these are not accidents.

Love that the 7-11 worker in the video who witnesses these crashes all the time, knows that the problem is the street design. If only our local leaders and city staff GAF.
