it's wild that the city built a Shame Zone because millionaires complained after buying a house near a nude beach. it's legal to be nude on part of the beach and it's legal to be nude in the rest of Seattle but it's not legal to be nude in the Shame Zone

where's the atlantic article decrying the millionaires who want seattle's historic queer nude beach shut down, suing the city, erecting big ugly walls far out into the water, recording our bodies on private security cameras without consent? what's lost when THAT casual nudity disappears, huh?

The alternative to density is sprawl, which not only requires deforestation, but also forces people to make long commutes, typically by car in this region. People who don't want new neighbors are supporting sprawl, whether or not they want to save individual trees in the yards near their houses.
