I’m at Runyon Canyon above the Oscars and there’s a light plane towing a banner flying over everything, not only is he getting very close to the blimp and the two helicopters, but isn’t that restricted airspace how is he allowed to even be there?

The fences are down on the West Ridge Trail at Runyon! Yay! The little Survivor tree is doing well! The trail from Wattles Garden Park to the south peak of West Ridge is still closed but I’m not sure how much a laminated piece of paper is going to keep people off of it.
