Why does Korea have a holiday for the alphabet? Because unlike other writing systems that evolved over centuries, Hangul was the work of one dude who solved mass illiteracy by sitting down and creating a brand new fully-formed system from scratch that anyone can learn almost instantly.

On August 18, Trump’s USDA officially proposed eliminating the national Roadless Rule. If finalized, the repeal would strip protections from 44.7 million acres of wild intact forest. The rule protects forests from road building, logging, fossil fuel extraction, and other development.

You can just pick up a pencil and your grid paper notebook and draw! You don't even need to be that great at it, some things will look bad or wonky, but it's fun to make stuff. Have been able to semi-regularly draw again, a huge improvement. Everyone can do it!
