Hey you Yeah, you Yeah, you, specifically. You're a nice person and I like you. Yes, you, specifically. That voice in your head that tells you that nobody really cares about you is an asshole. It's lying to you. You have great kindness in you, and I value absolutely nothing more highly. 💜

Hi, my name is Gigi Kiersten (Georgina Kiersten/Jasper Hyde) and I am genderfluid non-binary trans masc/trans man with they/them pronouns. I write about Black trans people getting their HEAs. Happy Transgender Visibility Day!

An image of a Black feminine presenting person with a short red pixie cut, white oversized cat shaped glasses, dark make up and silver chains.

I am trans and I am visible for those who aren't ready to be seen and those who refuse to see us Transitioning has brought me more joy and love in the last few years than I felt in the entirety of my life before. If seeing this helps even 1 person feel that joy & love then being visible is worth it

Selfie of me in a waiting room. I'm wearing a pink orange and white tie-dye mesh top over a white cami, green cap with pride pins, a daffodil necklace, and rainbow coloured metallic dangly earrings. I have pink eyeshadow and lipstick

To every out trans person on Trans Day of Visibility: Thank you. I’m still not fully out yet myself. But seeing other trans folks live openly was what helped me see myself clearly for the first time and to help me understand who I was. You truly are inspirations. For everyone.

If you see this, don't participate. It's a rigged study by Lisa Littman and unethical researcher J. Michael Bailey meant to undermine access to care. Spread the word.

Join our confidential, cross-country study of 18–25 year olds to tell your story, challenge preconceptions, and have YOUR experience reflected in the science.’ Below is a banner graphic with the Northwestern University logo and the text ‘TRANS OR GENDERQUEER? SHARE YOUR STORY.’ The image shows a close-up of a hand with light pink nail polish, partially painted blue, held up against a blurred background. A link to ayagdos.org and a ‘Learn More’ button appear at the bottom, along with Reddit vote and share icons.”

Do I have any trans followers from Maine who are part of organizing efforts against ICE? I'm in MA and can travel to report on Maine happenings, but I won't unless I can connect with people on the ground who would know my work and have reason to trust that I won't exploit people or sell them out.

On my way to the Supreme Court where I'll be proud to support 15-year-old Becky Pepper-Jackson, West Virginia's only transgender athlete, as she opposes the state's effort to ban her from playing as herself. Win or lose, Becky and her family are heroes for standing up for what's right

To all the trans people still figuring out how to come out: So many of us are walking that same path. It’s a long, uneven journey. If you’re still on that path, you’re doing just fine. Remember that we are all walking toward something important and real.
