I think the burnout is real. My tolerance for annoyances is astonishingly low and if I try to get my work done but I can't continue on 3 consecutive orders I'm on the cusp of some kinda internal baby rage meltdown it seems.

My top surgeon was apparently supposed to read a script about regret rates but just said "we are only truly free if we are free to make choices we regret", which goes hard af and is also what I say whenever I order a sushi boat for 2 to eat in one sitting.

This story is not just about ChatGPT killing yet another person. It is a confluence of poor medical follow-up, isolation, and the complete lack of a support system for chronically ill people in this country. She should have had someone else to talk to other than a busy doctor and a chatbot.
