My god. The Heritage Foundation, which mercilessly attacked transgender kids in order to protect the "integrity of women's sports," is now attacking the legal basis for women's sports. The transgender student decision is barely 2 weeks old.

The current version of KOSA would essentially give the Trump administration complete discretion to decide how to implement age verification... Which means they'll probably make sure it's as privacy-invading as possible, so they can use that information to their political advantage.
