Honestly I’ve never heard anything about where the tariffs were going. Not to the people, just more money for Oligarchs. Trump also fucked up relations with all of our allies with tariffs. Fucked farmers, fucked us all. And he’s a psychopath that started an unlawful war, but I digress.

The majority of the funds will be allocated to shareholders, leaving little to no benefit for the lower-level employees. And will the prices come down for you, who paid the tariffs?
A lot of words to say “we screwed over the American people with our illegal tariffs scheme, again.” The costs of tariffs were born by consumers but the rebate will go to the shareholders. It is just theft. Worst economy for workers by choice.

This administration is so corrupt that when ordered to pay back the millions in tariffs, the only recipients on those checks were the billionaires who charged the consumers for the tariffs!

If El-Sayed crushes Stevens tonight, as seems likely, it would be nice if we could finally do away with this notion that AIPAC can single-handedly buy elections. If anything, this race shows how much their influence has diminished inside the party over the past few years. Good riddance, too.
