"Vetting" is a practice people need embrace. It's the healthy middle ground between gatekeeping and a free-for-all. There is a European "Gymfurs" group, and so many people left because those invited were not vetted, and it's turned into an echo chamber for a variety of unhealthy behaviours.
Maybe you think you are invulnerable to this (you are not), but the people who stay in Twitter because you are still sharing there are definitely being dragged to the right. I have so many mutuals who are still posting regularly there, and it's so disheartening to see. Please stop.

I'd argue that, for the metrics, it's vastly MORE important that viewers turn this off. There's more viewers than streamers, so even if every streamer turned this off, if viewers don't, the executives can still claim that "most users don't care" and cram it down our throats even harder. Opt out.

Almost 98% of car sales in Norway are EVs now. Only 12 gas cars were sold in April and less than 100 diesel vehicles per month. Most diesel vehicles are sold to companies for towing heavy loads over long distances. Norway has fewer people than the state of Washington but we're nowhere close to this.
