I hate that storyboards have become expected to be final clean animation poses with breakdowns in perfect perspective. this is not how it was supposed to be. let the animators animate! (I say as both a boarder and an animator)
I love how the previous generations of storyboard artists were allowed to draw silly cartoon characters on flat wobbly backgrounds, but now we have to learn how to draw the most realistic anime proportions and perspective ever to even be considered for a job

One guy has stalked and harassed me for 6 years because I accidentally went viral by suggesting that for a first person shooter to be good, it had to feel good to play. Last I knew he was telling people my article helping people identify abusers in wholesome spaces was somehow super evil lol
I posted a character design tip on twxtter last year, and several ppl replied “stop telling me how to draw!” 🙃

Reworked the cliff tiles for this set. They're less busy and complicated than before, but still have issues. Can be difficult to parse terrain-type/accessibility on a cluttered map. Always a struggle. Will have to revisit again to see if I can improve that, but gotta move on for now.
