This is what's happening in the video game industry right now. Corpos used to be able to rely on a steady stream of optimistic young people willing to do *anything* to Work In Games. I was one of them. But it's straight up not sustainable anymore.

DriveThruRPG's "Partner Shipping Program" (where they take physical orders and you fulfill them) is getting worse and worse for the consumer all the time. I don't need to extract an extra $2 from you when I ship. I build those costs into my business model. I never asked them to do this.

Partner Shipping Program (PSP) Update Effective June 24, 2026, to help account for the growing costs of handling and packaging, a flat $2 USD handling fee will be added to each PSP order and passed through to you, in addition to the current shipping fees we pass along.
