OSF is an example of how saving money by not dedicating more time for a UX designer nukes the product. I find it *unusable* (!) I would say, look into industry to learn a lesson, but alas, many start-ups put developers on a pedestal while utterly undervaluing UX design.

Should researchers still be posting their data openly online? It’s a question being debated by some researchers now that bots are routinely mining open-access databases and scientific publications to train artificial-intelligence tools'.
