It is I, trouble maker Tinu, Empress of Twerk, Thirst of my Line. Take a pic it's me. I have a weird Leukemia and Long COVID. So forgive me for being MIA for days or months, it’s medical exhaustion.
The cognitive decline in folks who've had multiple COVID infections is deeply concerning & I'm not sure what quality of life we are all supposed to have- with how often folks get infected. I know people who've had 3 infections & are showing signs of dementia. How does one plan a life in all of this?
When did we start calling *permanent* residents “migrants” and not “immigrants”? The Haitians in Springfield are immigrants. Nobody says, “We are a nation of migrants.”
definitely feels like "immigrant" is for white people and "migrant" is coded for Black and brown folks

It’s a small detail. (Missed talking to you btw.) I don’t know if you saw my For Tinu post but you really did help save my life and I have never thanked you for it. I was at a really low point when I met you online and being introduced to the disability community helped to save my life.
With the caveat that I haven't watched much of the show (I've heard good things but I've seen too much Archer to hear that VA as anything else), could there be a Daily Specials menu board we might not see? Soups get listed on those a lot, and sometimes what goes on there is only on there.

Homeschooling my kid through the pandemic made realize why people spend their lives studying how to teach. And it also made have a deep reverence for teachers. I barely made it a year homeschooling and my kids and I tip my hat to teachers who do this for a living.
