Just the fact that media calls it a “Weaponization Fund” shows utter failure to meet the moment. It’s like when you call Trump’s budget a “Big Beautiful Bill.” They get you to launder regime propaganda by creating a title that is a false characterization, which gets published.

Everyone who promoted that lie should be thrown out of DC, including Trump. Everyone who went on the air defending it should publicly apologize. But we’ll just move on to the next way Trump targets innocent people to avoid saying he fucked up.

Pump the brakes, folks. Context matters. I was the DNC Assoc. Chair in ‘18, & fundraising wasn't easy then either.It rises and falls every cycle. Ken Martin & the DNC have invested a historic amount in state parties, helping build the infrastructure that's already paying off in special elections.

Dr. Fauci is a hero. He really is. He helped guide America thru a mass death event. Millions more could have died but they did not, thanks to him. Everyone over 70 owes him a debt. It is disgusting that we live in a country that not only dishonors him but actively smears his good name.

Seeing people confused about Fauci taking the Fifth even though he was pre-emptively pardoned by Biden. Pardons only cover past conduct; they don't immunize future lawbreaking. Fauci's claim is Trump II DOJ would gin up a perjury investigation into him based on anything he says today.

This is long, but I believe in your attention span I was wrong. I was so incredibly spectacularly wrong. The DNC is not running low on funds. In fact, they have raised 63% more than during the last Trump Midterm cycle. They are low on “cash on hand” but that is 100% by design. Chair Ken Martin chose to use money rather than save it. “Cash on hand” has nothing to do with how much they’ve raised, and it does not include how much they’ve spent, it’s purely what is currently in their war chest. And as Chair Martin said in his new article: “We made a conscious decision to invest money in the work required to win in 2025, 2026 and beyond. We are converting the cash we raise into electoral assets: more people, earlier organizing, better technology, and stronger state parties.”“That answer may be unsatisfying to people who believe the purpose of a political party is to accumulate the largest possible bank balance until the final days before an election. But a party is not a savings account. Its purpose is to build power.” A party is not a savings account.

Mitch McConnell isn't dead, but he is dying, and the best possible situation for Democrats is the one we have now, where he's too sick to leave the hospital but too stubborn to resign, and you should be extremely suspicious of people demanding Democrats rescue the GOP from this situation.
