When I was a kid we “only” qualified for the reduced lunch instead of free lunch program because the child support my father wasn’t paying still counted as income. Sometimes I was too terrified to ask for lunch money, so I didn’t get to eat. Charging for lunch in public schools is ridiculous.

Barnett@ericacbarnett.bsky.social · 2w agoI'll have a post on this later, but Saka gave a righteous speech about his own experience as a kid on free/reduced price lunch in which he spoke about the administrative burden of applying for such, yes, MEANS-TESTED programs and the fact that many kids who qualify by income aren't enrolled.

Who would benefit most from making the Democratic Party look bad? Russia, Iran, North Korea, and China actively target US voters with know campaigns to make democracy look bad. And the campaigns we can see feel like cockroaches. If you see one, there’s a million you can’t.

They look shady as hell, so I always delete and report as spam. They also make it look like the only thing the party cares about is our money.
The claim lacks details. However, should we be surprised if true? The post feels like a rant based on a flimsy premise. However, I would agree that Evangelical Christians tied their identity to Trump’s identify. And that tie must decrease many people’s trust in their movement. But 52% still disagree
