I found it to be of little use in writing anything of substance and I haven't used AI to write my stories. I've come to hate LLMs and I would never participate in a similar study today. I have been vocally against AI.

In 2022, before Chatgpt and everything that came next, I participated in this study. It was framed as a research on a new tool that I could try and offer my opinion on. I didn't know that it was trained on copyrighted material.
