It's crazy how I've called him a dumbass, cussed at him, quoted him repeatedly, and have more followers, and yet I have not been blocked. He's really only blocking trans people. It's insane.

Just because you call yourself an "ally" doesn't mean you are one. You actually have to stop and listen to the people that you're ostensibly supporting. If you can't even do that, what good are you?
I think it’s also important to remember that this is not dependent on your tone, you will be painted as irrational even for the most mild of criticism. You can post multiple times “I don’t think Ken’s a transphobe” and “I just wish he’d apologize” and still be the villain.
and the mindfulness stuff is not optional you gotta do that otherwise it doesn’t work as well
