Indeed, for 2026 Democrats, the "fringe opinion" is unwavering support for Israel. Centrists who pretend to be gobsmacked that someone criticizing Israel's genocide in Gaza might do well in a Democratic primary are announcing that they don't know anything about the current state of politics.

I mean this sincerely: I think pro Israel people really need to begin internalizing that this is not a fringe opinion anymore and in fact is very statistically likely to be the average view of any brown Democratic candidate for office or any candidate under the age of 50

Just now on @Morning_Joe:
@AbdulElSayed was asked by @WillieGeist whether his critique of Israel is about @netanyahu or Israel itself. He made it clear his problem is with Israel. Lots of references to
"apartheid" and "genocide" that
"pre-date" BiBi.

Just so everyone knows, this is a tried-and-true mainstream media tactic. For progressives/leftist candidates, every election is a “crucial test” and any loss would serve as proof to the media that the latest left-side moment is at its end. Any win, though, just means it’s time to find a new test.

Michigan will provide another crucial test of whether progressives can not only keep up their winning streak in safe-blue seats but also break through in battlegrounds crucial for control of Congress. The stakes for the Democratic Party are huge.

Bluesky is a "liberal bubble" because fascist chuds can't get traction without algorithmic assistance and because people here trained themselves to block "debate me" trybois the instant they roll up

Bluesky's new CEO Toni Schneider on the platform's reputation for being a liberal bubble: "Yes, we definitely want that to change. It is already changing. It certainly wasn’t designed to attract one specific group of people."

I refuse to pretend his ideas are "dangerous " anymore. Aaron Rodgers is just another idiot brother-in-law parroting Facebook slop. He's a boring has-been who knows he'll be indistinguishable from an X bot 5 minutes after he retires. Which is why he's scared to retire.

I worked for New York’s largest medical center at the start of the pandemic. There were morgue trucks on the streets. They set up emergency medical tents in Central Park. Healthcare worker colleagues died. It is horrific that RFK Jr is on national TV lying that ICUs were empty.

This is because domestic violence is a plank in the far-right platform—not a coincidence, not a correlation, but the result of a concerted effort to live and govern such that it is easier for men to beat their wives and children, a goal the far right believes in and strives for

The man endorsed by Sarah Huckabeast in this video is Arkansas state Rep. Austin McCollum. McCollum was arrested today on charges of aggravated assault against a family or household member, first-degree false imprisonment, and third-degree domestic battery. www.nwaonline.com/news/2026/au...

If we’re fighting fair every “blue” state should be fast tracking legislation that mires tech oligarchs in legal grey areas exempt from federal jurisdiction so that continuing with business as usual threatens their entire business model, let alone one (horrifying) feature of their propaganda network

What's the difference between a landlord who sneaks into your apartment to rifle through your underwear drawer and an AG who sues for your abortion records? The state health director keeping a spreadsheet of women’s periods isn’t any less creepy than the abusive ex who still tracks your location.

Similarly, if a random citizen at your daughter's soccer game wanted to check the genitals of the kids playing, you would call the fucking cops, and rightly so. Stop debating these people and call them out for what they are -- creepy perverts, freaky busybodies and utter hypocrites.

The fact that Blanche refused to terminate the slush fund in writing for Trump’s criminal cronies as well as his IRS immunity deal proves that his testimony at his confirmation hearing that these things were “dead” was always a lie. They were dead only until he got confirmed.
