I live in MO and was never worried about Amendment 4. I was more worried about 5, but I didn’t need to be. Both are losing handily. MO voters are much more common sense than our legislature.

Decision Desk has called it for both. As well as MO amendment 5 which would have eliminated our state income tax. A good night.
