Sometimes I realized I made grammatical mistake before I push the "Post" button. I used to edit them, but nowadays I just left it there for authenticity. I will only listen to grammatical correction written to me in Bahasa.
I don't mind my husband having the capability to jump that high.

the fact that when you’re filling a water bottle it produces a burbling noise that rises continuously in pitch until it’s full is honestly incredible UX design by god.

Revelation Space is mostly Hard SF, but the universe is so big and empty that even this setting comes up with sort of "cheat" (won't explain, it's a spoiler) for their interstellar drive.

I saw someone remarked that they believe that machines can gain souls. Therefore they can become conscious. I find the argument very interesting. While it doesn't convince me of the existence of soul, their position of machine conscience ends up aligning with mine.
Back when I still studied in high school I used Microsoft Excel to plan my ideal Pokemón team. Later on I also use it to help me with other games (like city building). When I see the term "Spreadsheet People" for the first time, I feel seen.
