no actually it's very cool to spend millions of dollars to hire people to spend 90% of their time making fun little graphics and press releases and videos about how good they are and 10% of the time emailing four political staffers to find out what they can tell a reporter before saying "sorry!"
it's outrageous that every government ministry has a massive communications department and yet they refuse to provide information that the public has a right to know, even when asked directly.
