Our brand new drops for #RPGZineClun this month are Twilight Country by @fortofnovelty.bsky.social (our Adventure title) and Midnight in a Perfect World by @zohebmashiur.bsky.social (our Story title). These are available first through Zine Club! rpgzine.club Learn about them both in the thread 👇

Cover of Twilight Country by Michael Drew Massotto. It features a grey desert landscape with four silhouettes of various people of various backgrounds of the old West. They are looking away from a blood red moon hanging overhead.

Thanks for the space, Zetta! I've been working on a 5e replacement for about two years. Where I do things like make fighters tactical, give rangers themes, and warlocks spell slots! My patrons get access to the playtest materials! Check it out, it's awesome! bsky.app/profile/dart...

In #6thDawn, fighters are, as their name might imply, masters of fighting. In addition to the many #DnD style combat maneuvers they all enjoy, they also become even better at fighting than others who benefit from fighting styles. #TTRPG #TTRPGRising www.patreon.com/posts/6th-da...

Fighting Style
At 2nd level, you adopt a particular style of fighting as your specialty. Choose one of the following options. You can't take a Fighting Style option more than once, even if you later get to choose again.

Archery.
When a creature moves within 80 feet of you, you can use your reaction to make an opportunity attack against the creature with a ranged weapon attack.
If the target is more than 20 feet away from you, the attack is made with disadvantage.

Dueling.
When you are wielding a melee weapon in one hand and no other weapons, when you roll damage for that weapon, you can treat any 1 or 2 on a damage die as a 3.

Great Weapon Fighting.
When you roll a 1 or 2 on a damage die for an attack you make with a melee weapon that you are wielding with two hands, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll, even if the new roll is a 1 or a 2. The weapon must have the two-handed or versatile property for you to gain this benefit.

Protection.
When a creature you can see attack a target within 5 feet of you, other than yourself, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll.
You must be wielding a shield.
