Twitch and Amazon are apparently planning to use streams to train Generative AI. Multiple sources tell me it will be announced in the coming months, despite some internal friction against it. Creators may be able to opt out of some training data.

I never use the fancy extra buttons that mouse makers slap onto mice these days, but I've come to understand their purpose. It's important to have an extra button that isn't mapped to anything so you can click it. Just click it whenever you wanna fidget a bit. Click click click click click click.

I'm very sad to awaken to the news of Sam Neill's passing. Jurassic Park was the movie of my childhood and I watched it religiously. I became a young fan of every person involved in the making of JP, which was probably the origins of me being a film fan in general. I'm going to miss him.
