This is ridiculous. Shame on NDOT for getting rid of the loading zone on the way down Demonbruen hill. I watched two Lime bike riders get forced into traffic because of this.

AND - when will these be installed on the Church Street viaduct? Rare is the morning or evening commute when I'm not forced out of a bike lane by a car/truck parked in the bike lane. Including our Waymo friend here.

Bad wreck at Church & 16th Ave N, an intersection I just reported to Hub as needing a traffic light and crosswalks. It feels dangerous even as a driver but the biggest issue is that peds cross here often because of the hotel. Church St Complete Street redesign when @nashvilledot.bsky.social?

Bad wreck on Church St, Nashville involving a red sedan and blue SUV both with front end damage.

One calculation that blew my mind: When I push a pedestrian beg button to cross an arterial road w/ 40 mph spd limit. Wait of 90 sec means a car 1 mile away gets to priority to clear the intersection before I am allowed to cross the road. I am standing roadside breathing particulates

They installed a full size traffic light on the new section of walk/bike path by the airport Drivers are much more likely to stop at a regular looking traffic light than a HAWK or RRFB But its timed so you have to wait 90 seconds in the hot sun while people sitting in air conditioning get priority

I love when sidewalks near major transit hubs that are also maybe greenways are fully blocked with no warning or suitable detour or crossing all for events that cater to mostly non residents.
