It's seven years since we posted on Twitter about how kids kept coming into the library asking if we had any books about FORTNITE. We didn't back then, and we'd never heard of it so we tried asking what it was.
I think I’m being radicalised by this book. 🤣 I’m nodding in agreement, getting angry and exasperated at the status quo and LOLing at some of the ridiculous ‘advice’ noted by the authors that is given in the supposed self help books written by others. utppublishing.com/doi/book/10....

Ah, the perpetual frustration of trying to make a certain national museum understand that I need to publish images of objects on display in context (i.e. in galleries, cases, storage, etc.). Studio photography of individual objects will not do. ARGH. Send thoughts and prayers.

This week, a wildfire has torn through Dunwich Heath in Suffolk, leaving the entire nature reserve devastated. An area of around 210 football pitches has been affected with rare habitats and wildlife lost in a matter of hours.
