I know I have now said this three times in the last hour, but what do you mean they still haven't arrested Daniel Thomas? This is his third incident, the first two were definitely illegal, the last is clearly a breach of the peace, he is identifiable and has literally recorded himself planning it!

RNLI volunteers put themselves in harm’s way to save lives. They should never face abuse or threats for doing so. That includes the crews based on the Thames, who respond to hundreds of incidents every year. They deserve to be thanked, not attacked.

Obviously you can in part put these incidents down to stupidity. But also I think as they don't care? Intimidating others and stirring up hatred is the point.
