this is one of the really frustrating fallouts of the AI boom; there is no such thing as a program that can reliably determine whether a text was produced using AI and it is *physically impossible* to build one. not just hard but "perpetual motion machine"-level impossible

The fact that many men won’t engage in activities or hobbies unless those things also ritualistically differentiate them from women is a problem of patriarchy. One that men need to figure out how to divest from. Pandering to their discomfort in that tension only reinforces it.
