there is a throwaway visual gag in the show Widow’s Bay where there’s an old 60’s era tabletop game called TEETH and the only thing inside of it is a pair of pliers and idk how to explain it but that is exactly the vibe i’m trying to capture with my games

this is the most Brindlewood Bay (the setting part not the little old ladies part) show I have ever seen it’s so FUCKING GOOD

The “direct relationship” line is such paternalistic bullshit. It just means “we prefer conversations where we can tell you to jump and you have to ask how high.” A union is still a “direct relationship” - just one between equals instead of one between superior and inferior.

Wizards of the Coast has issued their first response to our announcement of unionization. I am glad that they agree that workers are the lifeblood of the company, however it is important to note that we tried and failed to raise our voices for years about this stuff and were unheard.
