Do I know anyone who can help or offer advice for a Steam build/store page submission that has failed automated tests and then been stalled for weeks with no communication? Thanks!

I do some writing for Xbox Tavern, and sometimes for gamecritics. I have a Youtube channel that people still visit to watch the intro for Super Meat boy, and sometimes to watch some out takes from the Obi-Wan game on Xbox
i saw a clip of the upside down kiss from raimi spider man and it’s crazy how much more horny that is than anything in the MCU
That bit when Mogwai's Glasgow Mega Snake kicks in during Spec Ops: The Line and it is the most frantic, messy shoot out in the game
Name your fav use of licensed music in a soundtrack.
Gave Hades II a shot and got to the Sirens. Too much dialogue, and the combat is just not gelling for me, too much stuff can hurt you in a way that isn't clear or explained until too late. It was the problem I had with the first one. There is some cool stuff though
That's what taxes are, man. That's the definition of taxes. "You are subsidizing things you might never use" man shut the fuck up. My taxes currently subsidize like oil company exec private jets, you think I'm upset at low-income people eating inexpensive bananas?
Opinion: Mamdani's idea may sound appealing, but it's NYC taxpayers who will take the hit, subsidizing discounts they may never even use.
Your reminder Rod Liddle not only said he couldn't have become a teacher because he "could not remotely conceive of not trying to shag the kids" in The Spectator, but he also wrote laws banning child pornography are "absurd" in The Guardian. Abhorrent.
Me after 3 hours of playing Predecessor
bet this feels good as hell if you're the pig
Although I agree with this... my only counter point? Eli Roth movies are irritating
if I ever taught film criticism lesson one would be “you being smarter than the movie is not interesting to anyone”
Daft Punk is Eurotrash music for people who like to think they are above listening to The Venga Boys
Post your hottest music take. Mine is New Order is better than Joy Division.
Every now and then I get reminded of the trailer from F&F7 where the Rock breaks out of his arm cast, and me (the fool) went "There must be some explanation for this, subterfuge perhaps?". The film rejects this and just thinks that flexing out of a cast is cool.
A lot of game reviewers I respect: Reviews are subjective, game scores shouldn't exist Those same reviewers when they read that article on The Odssey: Let me tell you why this person is objectively ridiculous and wrong for writing their opinion, for starters she seems very smug
I come back to this tumblr post again and again
Nobody wants predictive data models to stop working for the people in medicine. Or translating ancient Pompeii texts. Or the other ways we were already using it. We want it to stop replacing workers, killing the environment, and stealing from artists. Hope that clarifies.
I worked at Disney a while ago. Do you know why theme parks are so safe? Because OOSHA reps can walk the track on any ride at any time and any safety violation they see is a $10,000 fine. Each. Theme parks are not safe because the company cares. They're safe because it's cheaper to comply.
Turns out that food companies were only checking their food because the government told them to, which is exactly why we need government regulations.
I think this is the most minor part of the five pronged bullshit that is AI. www.xboxtavern.com/you-were-nev... In a reality where we didn't need to worry about money - IP theft by AI would be fine. But these machines are taking food from artists. It was deemed legal, in my mind legal =/= moral
You Were Never Really Here – GEN AI and the bloody swathe
GEN AI, like, sucks man
xboxtavern.com
i still just really feel like AI stuff is basically illegal. like I don't think a good faith interpretation of "fair use" entails vacuuming up everyone's intellectual property to build your chat bot. that sounds wrong to me
Heartbreaking moment, my improvised horror quiz on the drive home was too hard, so I just said "name a John Carpenter horror movie that isn't The Thing". I got Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street as joke guesses. I've literally watched Ghosts of Mars with my wife...
I did a podcast, and although I didn't talk directly about BDS there, I will say that it is one of the main reasons I won't review 1st party games and the talk around Gears is bittersweet with The Coalition being owned by a company that profits off genocide
@badgercommander.bsky.social and Jamie recently sat down to chat about the year so far, what they like and don't like, and what they are still looking forward to playing! #goty2026 #gaming #chats youtu.be/VSGSnuAj2dg
Furious that Chris Nolan would disregard historical accuracy in adapting The Odyssey by making a "movie" with "cameras" instead of memorizing the entire story and then going on a nationwide tour to sing it to us while tripping on ergotized barley
@hellclockgame.bsky.social Hey, loving the game so far... Such a good idea to freshen up Diablo style games. Unfortunately, my game crashed on XBOX and now the game won't boot. I think I can wipe my cloud save and will have to look into it
Sat down and started playing Ravenswatch by @passtechgames.bsky.social with @cynicalceezy.bsky.social - the changes to the characters, the additions to the levels and the tweaks to the bosses are fantastic - Carmilla is my new main
Went to see Christopher Nolan's Odyssey but was bitterly disappointed. One, it barely matched the source material. Two, they went way in the opposite direction after Galaxy and put TOO MUCH plot. Third, there was no "Jump Up, Superstar" needle drop though it was sorely needed in the action scenes.
Here's the list of anti rights groups in the UK as documented by Amnesty International.
New rule, every film fan is allowed one of the following directors to fawn over no matter the quality of their output. Two is a warning, three means you are on my watchlist: - Christopher Nolan - Darren Arronofsky - Quentin Tarantino - Martin Scorcese - James Cameron - Paul Thomas Anderson
Sure, but like... why is this every centrist take? The article itself is solid but that title is just 'how do we blame leftists for something again'
Okay, this is my second biggest musical crime - I absolutely love 'Deeper Underground' by Jamiroquai. When I am writing I wish I had about 12 different remixes of that song that maintained that same mood. When I hear that song I just know it is time to do some writing... Intrinsically linked
