Doctors say that you should eat a balanced diet that includes whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables. A guy who snorts cocaine off toilet seat seats and doesn’t wipe his ass says you should subsist entirely on sauerkraut and steak. For a busy eaters it can be hard to know who to trust.
Fucking insane. This rules. Something is changing in America. Regular folks are waking up to the reality of what this country is and what needs to be done to fix it.
