EVERYTHING to him is zero sum with a winner and loser, no mutual benefit. He's a chronic loser whose super power is finding even bigger losers to hold the bag when it falls apart. As a businessman, it was the banks. As a criminal, it was his lawyers. As president, it's going to be US citizens.

Seems like an easy way to get the Fed to cut rates is to end the war with Iran, which is causing oil prices to spike, thus driving inflation. This will relieve Trump of the need to cut trade with other countries, which will only drive inflation higher, causing the Fed to raise rates once again.
