Other people have made this point, but it's crazy that universities haven't been supporting development of open-weight LLMs and forking over cash to the big players. I would trust LLMs way, way more if there was something that had the decentralized, open-source and repository-based structure of R.

Short form video is one of the only viable routes of consistent discoverability left on the internet. Google killed search. Elon killed micro blogging social. Facebook, lol. Everywhere else is a struggle to be found for randos.
