I am low key obsessed with salep, a Turkish drink I have never tried because the orchid it’s made from is endangered and hella expensive in the US. The orchid root has a lot of soluble fiber, and thickens up warm milk. Add some cinnamon, sweetener, and maybe a drop of rosewater, and you have salep.
