Exactly. I am tired of seeing the “I always knew”/“their work was actually bad” takes whenever allegations emerge. Sometimes—often, actually!—bad people find their way into good spaces and make good things. And you’re not better than the folks who were taken advantage of for “always knowing”

You should just be able to find your little niche in the world & stay there comfortably if it’s what makes you happy. That’s literally all being human is about.
