All postal voters who made their current application before 31 October 2023 must make a new application for their postal vote by 31 January.

(also, just as a matter of fact/basic national accounting, tuition fees at overseas branches of UK universities aren't exports and don't contribute directly to any export target! There may be a small indirect contribution but miniscule compared to foreign students studying in UK)

Scottish Liberal Democrats are clear that Scotland’s NHS needs fresh ideas. We believe the problem lies in the crisis in social care which keeps patients in hospital when they should be home. If we get that right, we can alleviate the pressure on A&E, waiting times and GPs.

Lisa’s son John McNab was tragically stabbed to death in Leith. She has channelled her grief into distributing 'bleed kits' and training people to use them so that lives might be saved in the future. Today she delivered one to my office and trained my staff and I to use it.
