The question that breaks through all of the first amendment issues with grok creating CSAM is not why it does it, it is how. Where did it get training data to create CSAM and who supplied it? Answer that question and the case against its creators gets a lot stronger.

They’re live-streaming the execution of the person they think they can get away with doing that to first. It’s a test. If they can do that, they’ll expand the margins of permission.

I think it's closer to the truth that LLMs *can* save time on *some tasks* which can be valuable *if* you monitor them and check their output. But that doesn't get you a trillion dollars so they have to squint into the middle distance and say stupid sci fi bullshit instead
