Excited to share our latest work ! Here, we identified the lectin CLEC7A as a sensor of aberrant IgG glycosylation, signaling through SYK to drive podocyte injury. This study is part of a broader effort in our group to understand immune-podocyte crosstalk in lupus nephritis.
