We are in the fight of our lives against fascism - a force that seeks to control women - from what we do with our bodies to how we live our lives. The only way to defeat this force is to repudiate it wherever it manifests, whether in legislation, executive decree, or interpersonal action.

I hope they recognize that ignoring, excusing, even celebrating the earlier red flags means that they forced multiple women to go through the anguish of telling their rape stories publicly, with their names attached, in the newspaper. It is their fault Racicot and Fifield are experiencing this pain.
