I wish I was able to produce art quickly with at least some kind of good shorthand cartooning style. I have to measure five times, cut once – otherwise it looks like ass.
There's a real epistemic/literacy gap in regards to the potential difference between the overall thesis of a work and the material portrayed within, to the point where depiction is treated as endorsement. It also applies in the other direction where poor execution can violate the thesis.
Save your anger for something of actual influence and power. Pick your battles. Choose your targets. Whatever fucking expression will get people to know what's worth spending time and effort taking on.
