What they’re forgetting is that dead, thin, dry wood burns. Wet, dense, living wood is harder to burn. Old living pine and house vs fire: house loses.
Why yes, yes I do finally have a decision on what my favorite song is. Darren Criss, Jeremy Jordan, Carlos Valdes and John Barrowman? It's like they shined a light inside my skull and created this entire crossover event just for me, specifically.
there aren't really many mall stores left in it but it remains open nonetheless. They've added gyms, restaurants, huge box stores, and whatever else they can to try to fill the space. But every time I've had the misfortune of going there it's just empty and feels like where nostalgia goes to die.

trade all the talented and marginally cool guys somewhere they can play meaningful games. scrape the bottom of the barrel until the baseball is simply too humiliating for even this checked-out ownership group to pretend everything is fine as long as they get their year to year ROI
Just one more team employee saying no one should care about this. That'll do it. One more "Go fuck yourself" from the Giants and we'll all see it from their point of view. Next one will do it for sure.

as a bay area sports fan, I'm used to being disappointed in my teams, but i'm not as familiar with being angry at them
