Barnett@ericacbarnett.bsky.social · 7mo agoSeattle's crisis response team leader Amy Barden hasn't met with Police Chief Shon Barnes since Bruce Harrell appointed him in 2024, despite the fact that the two departments are supposed to work together to decide which 911 calls require cops and which require a social work/mental health response.
I will simply say that I believe this to be true for the next 20 days or so, and that the "responsible" thing may be completely different in their mind when rosters expand.
