Texas Tribune is now reporting on the FOURTH(!) leaked clip from a Paxton fundraiser from two weeks ago. "The person who recorded it declined to share the full conversation. It was unclear how many more leaks there may be."

The Council hired a software company to send thousands of opposition emails, some without the consent of the signers.
