In other words very few people care deeply about them, one way or another. Electorally, there is no advantage or penalty for Democrats to take one way or another.

I was just looking at my YouTube stats and on the search terms people used to find me, 25 people last year were really hoping to have me read them the book Catch-22.
I feel like it's very easy to not fall into the trap of parroting a Republican talking point about transgender athletes. Just say "the kids can do whatever they want" because nobody watches or cares about any of the games. Most women's sports are not full contact, so "safety" is not really a concern
