Gang, I cannot stress how excited I am for you to hear Midnight Radio. It's been a weird, punk rock, self-funded, dream project. Season 1 is just insane, with a crazy cast I can't believe I got to work with. You've never heard anything quite like it. Episodes drop beginning Oct 22nd!

A lone trailer with a large antenna on it broadcasts from the lonely desert under a yellow moon, with the title of the show: MIDNIGHT RADIO.

Pumpkin Enchiladas I made yesterday on my first stream back! Really good, I modified the recipe a bit and added aji amarillo paste to the pumpkin and added more hot sauce and it balanced it nicely into a tasty sauce on top!~ Pepper jack cheese, black beans, onions and pepper inside #food #twitch

The book cover to The Thirteenth Hour, Book One of The Cruel Gods by Trudie skies features both protagonists of Kayl and Quen. Kayl is at the forefront on the left and is a tall blue-skinned woman with pointed ears and wearing a Victorian-styled dark blue dress. Behind her on the right is Quen, a gentleman with pale skin, silver hair, and wearing glasses and a dark blue suit. He's also holding a pocket watch. Behind them both is a giant white clock that takes up most of the cover along with whispy-white magical strands. The colors of the cover are mostly blue and silver. There are Victorian-style street lamps in the background.

today's the day: Off the Reservation's live. so scary, so wonderful, so all-of-it-at-once. thanks, y'all, for considering it (in the Rod Serling sense). wish I had a copy of it here, so I could show it off, but ... here's a couple stamps I got in line last night, that are the coolest:

an elk stamp and an RV stamp.

This is why, as Love Death + Robots gained an audience, I constantly wrote about the need to adapt more sci-fi stories written by women. Out of 45 eps, 3 are based on stories by women. 3 John Scalzi alone has 7. No Butler, Le Guin, Jemisin, Atwood, Shelley, Priest, Cherryh, etc in the bunch

There's a guy in my replies who says he doens't read women because they write well about emotional conflicts and unrequited love and that's not what he wants. He reads sci fi he says. Can you imagine reading sci-fi and not reading Octavia Butler? Or Ursula K Le Guin? Or NK Jemisin?

“I knew [Tim] could translate Pam Voorhees’ chaotic thoughts and complex psychology in new, intriguing ways, ones that might be more clarifying and revealing than we could ever communicate on screen. And boy, has he ever.” – Brad Caleb Kane, series creator, Crystal Lake Out Oct. 15th.
